PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
North Andrews Avenue is a County road located in the City of Fort Lauderdale. Andrews Project Development, LLC and the City of Fort Lauderdale desire to improve a portion of the County right-of-way along the west side of North Andrews Avenue south of West Sunrise Boulevard.
This item seeks Board approval of a Revocable License Agreement (the "Agreement") between Broward County, Andrews Project Development, LLC and the City of Fort Lauderdale for the installation and maintenance of improvements along the west side of North Andrews Avenue south of West Sunrise Boulevard (Exhibit 1). Exhibit 2 is a location map of the Revocable License Area.
