THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Planning and Development Management Division has received a request to vacate a 15-foot drainage easement lying within the Little Harbor on the Hillsboro Section 4 Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 49, Page 25 of the Public Records of Broward County, and is located at 64 Northeast 11 Way in the City of Deerfield Beach. Vacating this utility easement will provide clear and unencumbered title to the property owner.
