THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Planning and Development Management Division has received a request to vacate a portion of a 15-foot utility easement lying within Parcel A of Broward County Public Safety Complex Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 141, Page 47 of the Public Records of Broward County, located at 2601 West Broward Boulevard. Vacating this utility easement will provide clear and unencumbered title to the property owner (Broward County) allowing for future expansion of the Public Safety Complex.
