Why Action is Necessary
In accordance with Section 420.9076, Florida Statutes ("F.S."), and Chapter 67-37, Florida Administrative Code ("F.A.C."), the Broward County State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program, the Report is required to be approved by the Broward County Board of County Commissioners by December 31, 2020, prior to submittal of the Report to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation.
