Summary Explanation/Background

PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.

 

The Resolution will convey a rectangular-shaped road easement, measuring nine feet by 125 feet, from HTG Village View, LLC to Broward County. The easement is located along the east side of North Andrews Avenue, a County road, south of NE Flagler Drive in the City of Fort Lauderdale. The easement is required to accommodate future multi-modal transportation improvements.

 

The Resolution and road easement have been reviewed and approved as to form by the County Attorney's Office.
