Summary Explanation/Background

THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVALOF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will assure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.

 

On September 10, 2020, the Board approved Aviara East Pompano plat located at the southwest corner of West McNab Road and South Dixie Highway, in the City of Pompano Beach (Exhibit 2). The applicant is requesting approval of revised recommendations related to site access, per the attached Highway Construction and Engineering Division Memorandum (Exhibit 1).
