THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/WATER AND WASTEWATER SERVICES RECOMMENDS APPROVAL

The interconnect will be constructed along NE 22nd Avenue and NE 25th Street in the City of Lighthouse Point. The County and City agree to jointly fund the cost of design, permitting, engineering services during construction, and construction of this infrastructure upgrade which includes associated valves, meter, concrete pipe support, and other appurtenances with each Party responsible for fifty percent of all actual Project-related costs, including but not limited to all design, construction, permitting and engineering services during construction expenses.
