THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Planning and Development Management Division has received a request to vacate a 20-foot utility easement lying within Tract K of the Land Section 4 Golf Course Plat, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 88, Page 20 of the Public Records of Broward County and is located at 7801 Northwest 80 Avenue in the City of Tamarac. Vacating this easement will provide clear and unencumbered title to the property owner.
