Title: MOTION TO RATIFY award of an open-end contract to low bidder, LEE Construction Group, Inc., for Job Order Contract (JOC) Step 2, Bid No. PNC2119543C1, for the Facilities Management Division on behalf of the Aviation Department, and various other County agencies, in the annual estimated amount of $2,375,000, and authorize the Director of Purchasing to renew the contract for up to three one-year periods, for a maximum five-year potential estimated amount of $11,875,000; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same. The initial contract period began on the date of award, December 26, 2020, and shall terminate two years from that date, contingent upon receipt and approval of the insurance/performance and payment guaranty.

In accordance with Section 332.0075(3)(b), Florida Statutes, a governing body must approve, award, or ratify all contracts executed by or on behalf of a commercial services airport in excess of the threshold amount provided in Section 287.017, Florida Statutes, for category five ($325,000).
