Summary Explanation/Background

The City of Pompano Beach requested the transfer of two portions of right of way on McNab Road that fall under the City’s jurisdiction but are under County ownership. The City would like for the ownership to match the jurisdiction.

 

All applicable Broward County agencies were solicited for potential County use for this portion of right of way or rights therein, and no current or future use was identified.

 

All documents have been reviewed and approved as to form by the Office of the County Attorney.
