MOTION TO APPROVE updated Other Transaction Agreement between the Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration, National Explosives Detection Canine Team Program, and Broward County, Florida, for the Canine Team Program established at Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, which includes updates to the Statement of Joint Obligations, as enumerated in the confidential exhibits from the Director of Aviation to the Broward County Board of County Commissioners; authorize the Director of Aviation to approve and execute all amendments to this Other Transaction Agreement, subject to the approval as to form by the County Attorney's Office and to take any necessary administrative and budgetary actions; and to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same.
