MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution No. 2021-147 of the Board of County Commissioners of Broward County, Florida, authorizing the Mayor to execute a Public Transportation Grant Agreement (PTGA) with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in the amount of $1,251,356, to provide funding for operations and maintenance of the I-595 Express Bus Service; authorizing the County Administrator to take necessary administrative actions to implement the agreement; and providing for an effective date. The term of this PTGA is from date of execution by FDOT through December 31, 2024.

B. MOTION TO ADOPT budget Resolution No. 2021-148 within the Transportation Department's I-595 Express Grant Fund, to appropriate revenue in the amount of $1,251,356, to provide funding for operations and maintenance of the I-595 Express Bus Service.
