THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.

The Planning and Development Management Division has received a request to vacate a portion of a 12-foot utility easement lying within Tract GB-1 of Springs-Mckenzie Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 165, Page 7 of the Public Records of Broward County, located at 6401 Lyons Road in the City of Coconut Creek. Vacating this easement will provide clear and unencumbered title to the property owner.
