MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution No. 2021-279 directing the County Administrator to publish Notice of a Public Hearing to be held on June 1, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., to consider adoption of a proposed Resolution amending Article 1.5 of the Administrative Rules Document: BrowardNext regarding the effective date of adoption ordinances consistent with the language in the Broward County Commission adoption ordinances, the substance of which is as follows:
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND ADOPTING AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE 1.5 OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE RULES DOCUMENT; BROWARDNEXT ("ADMINISTRATIVE RULES DOCUMENT"), REGARDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF ADOPTION ORDINANCES AMENDING THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, INCLUSION IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE RULES DOCUMENT, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
