MOTION TO APPROVE Seventh Amendment to the deliberately phased Agreement between Broward County and AECOM Technical Services, Inc., Agreement No. 20080317-0-AV-1, to continue providing Program Management Office Services for the South Runway, Terminal 4 replacement and enabling projects at Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, and increases the maximum compensation payable under the Agreement by $1,979,096, increasing the total Agreement amount from $77,814,998 to $79,794,094; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute.

In accordance with the Broward County Procurement Code, Section 21.47, any changes, including amendments to agreements, must be approved by the appropriate award authority, based on the amendment amount.

THE AVIATION DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
This action amends the Agreement to provide continued PMO Services for the T4 Gate Replacement project at FLL.
This item supports the Board's Value for "Ensuring economic opportunities for all people and businesses in Broward County," its Goal to "Increase the economic strength and impact of revenue-generating County enterprises balancing economic, environmental, and community needs" and its Objective to increase passenger facilities in Terminal 4 at Broward County's FLL.
