A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, TRANSMITTING A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; UPDATING THE HISTORIC SITES MAP OF THE NATURAL RESOURCE MAP SERIES OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Why Action is Necessary
Pursuant to Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes, as amended, the Broward County Board of County Commissioners, serving as the local governing body, shall transmit proposed amendments to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan to designated State agencies for review.
