THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS/BOARDS SECTION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THIS ITEM.
The Police and Criminal Justice Review Board (PCJRB) is comprised of 24 members appointed by the Broward County Commission. The Broward County State Attorney nominates a member to be appointed by the County Commission.
The following nomination has been received by the Human Services Department (HSD) for appointment to the PCJRB pursuant to Section 18-7, Broward County Code:
• Regina A. Faulk as the State Attorney’s Office of the 17th Judicial Circuit Nominee.
Regina A. Faulk was nominated by the Broward County State Attorney to serve on the PCJRB on April 28th, 2021. The County Attorney has determined that Ms. Faulk qualifies for appointment (Exhibit 1).
