THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.

The Planning and Development Management Division has received a request to vacate a portion of a 12-foot utility easement lying within Tract GB-1 of Springs-McKenzie Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 165, Page 7 of the Public Records of Broward County, located at 6301 Lyons Road in the City of Coconut Creek.

Vacating this easement will provide clear and unencumbered title to the property owner. The City of Coconut Creek adopted Ordinance No. 2020-036 on December 3, 2020 granting approval of the abandonment and vacation of the utility easement. Review of this applicati...
