Motion A. Section 125.01(1)p, Florida Statutes, authorizes the Board to enter into agreements with other governmental agencies. Board action is required for Agreement approval to accept the grant award.

Motion B. Budgetary actions which recognize revenue within the Environmental Protection and Growth Management Department require the approval of the Board of County Commissioners.
