MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to execute contracts, amendments, work authorizations, grant applications, grant awards, and other legal documents, not to exceed the approved budget for hurricane or other disaster planning and subject to approval as to legal sufficiency by the County Attorney's Office, related to preparation and response efforts associated with disasters during the 2021 calendar year and for which there is insufficient lead time to bring the items to the Broward County Board of County Commissioners ("Board"), provided that an item be placed on the next available Board agenda to notify the Board of any such action; and to take the necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the documents.
