A. MOTION TO APPROVE Contract No. 21/22-GR-CAC26 between the Florida Network of Children's Advocacy Centers Inc. ("FNCAC") and Broward County in the amount of $291,435, effective retroactively from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, to fund advocacy and mental health services to child victims of abuse and their non-offending family members or caregivers; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; authorize the County Administrator to execute amendments to the Contract, subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, that do not impose any additional financial obligations on the County; authorize the County Administrator to renew the Contract, subject to approval of the same by the Office of the County Attorney, under substantially the same terms and conditions; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Contract.

VOTE: 7-0. Commissioner Bogen was out of the room during the vote. Commissioner Ryan was not present.

B. MOTION TO ADOPT budget Resolution No. 2021-403 within the Grant in Aid Fund to appropriate revenue from FNCAC in the amount of $291,435 for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 to provide advocacy and mental health services to child victims of abuse and their non-offending family members or caregivers.
