In response to problems faced by individuals experiencing mental health conditions or co-occurring mental illnesses and substance use disorders with involvement in the criminal justice system, the 17th Judicial Circuit and its various stakeholders have created the Hope, Healing, Help: 17th Judicial Circuit Mental Health Diversion Project.
