Summary Explanation/Background
THE PURCHASING DIVISION AND THE AVIATION DEPARTMENT RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD) established a County Business Enterprise goal of 15% for this project. The OESBD determined that this project is not subject to the Broward County Workforce Investment Program (Exhibit 2).
The purpose of this solicitation is to engage up to three qualified firms to provide professional engineering services to perform pre-design, design services, construction administration and resident project representation services for airport utility and pavement projects at the Broward County Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and the Broward County North Perry Airport.
