Summary Explanation/Background
THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions.
This plat is located on 13.5 acres on the north side of Wiles Road, west of Coral Ridge Drive in the City of Coral Springs. The plat is restricted to 150,000 square feet of commercial use, the applicant is requesting to amend the note on the face of the plat to 97 townhouse units on Parcel A.
