A. MOTION TO APPROVE Agreement between Broward County and the Children's Services Council of Broward County ("CSC") for the County's SWIM Central Program attached as Exhibit 1 and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; authorize the County Administrator to approve any necessary non-monetary amendments; and authorize the County Administrator to execute amendments to renew this Agreement for up to one additional one-year term at CSC's option. This Agreement requires a $552,349 County cash match for Fiscal Year 2022.
