Summary Explanation/Background
THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions.
This plat is located on 1,255.8 acres on the northeast corner of Miramar Parkway and Southwest 186th Avenue in the City of Miramar. The applicant is requesting to modify a 26-foot wide opening with centerline non-vehicular access line located approximately 80 feet north of the end of the northern corner chord at Miramar Parkway. This opening is restricted to and physically channelized for right turns out only and shall be marked as “Emergency Egress Only”. This request accompanies a proposed note amendment.
