B. MOTION TO APPROVE Fourth Amendment to Hosting Services Agreement between Broward County and Granicus, Inc., for the Legislative Management Suite software and related services, to extend the existing Agreement, which expires October 29, 2021, for a period of six months with an additional six months on a month-to-month basis, for a total extension period not to exceed 12 months, in the not-to-exceed amount of $130,000; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same.

Why Action is Necessary
Motion A. In accordance with the Broward County Procurement Code, Section 21.25, Sole Source Procurement, Board approval is required for awards exceeding the Director of Purchasing's authority.
Motion B. In accordance with the Broward County Procurement Code, Section 21.53, the Board is required to approve all awards that extend for more than five years.
What Action Accomplishes
Motion A: Designates Granicus, Inc. as the only reasonable source to provide continued maintenance and support services for the Legislative Management Suite software and related services.
Motion B: Extends the term of the Agreement for up to six months with an additional six months on a month-to-month basis, for a total extension period not to exceed 12 months.
