THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND GROWTH MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Planning and Development Management Division received a request to vacate a 25-foot drainage easement lying within Tract B of Jacaranda Parcel 834 Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 133, Page 28 of the Official Records of Broward County, Florida, located 1301 Southwest 80 Terrace in the City of Plantation. Vacating this drainage easement will provide clear and unencumbered title to the property owner.
The City of Plantation adopted Resolution No. R-12834 on October 21, 2020, granting approval of the abandonment and vacation of a 25-foot drainage easement.
