Why Action is Necessary
The South Florida Cultural Consortium ("SFCC") requires that each of their respective Boards, including the Broward County Board of County Commissioners ("Board"), approve each respective county's contribution and the SFCC Annual Budget, the filing of the Annual Financial Report, and the Annual Activities Report pursuant to Sections 7, 8, and 19 respectively, of the Interlocal Agreement ("ILA").
What Action Accomplishes
These actions satisfy current requirements of the ILA for Board approval of the SFCC Budget Fiscal Year 2022 and filing of the Fiscal Year 2020 Annual Financial and Annual Activities Reports.
