A. MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to execute Fourth Amendment to Agreement between Broward County and Broward Ambulance, Inc. D/B/A American Medical Response for Emergency Backup Ambulance Service (subject to review for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney), in an amount not-to-exceed $964,400; to continue the provision of homebound testing and vaccination services for COVID-19 response as needed; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement as amended.

B. MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to execute Fifth Amendment to Agreement between Broward County and Century Ambulance, Inc. for Emergency Backup Ambulance Service, (subject to review for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney) in an amount not-to-exceed $271,200; to continue the provision of homebound testing and vaccination services for COVID-19 response as needed; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement as amended.
