MOTION TO AWARD open-end contract to single bidder, Telos Identity Management Solutions, LLC, for Designated Aviation Channeling Services, Bid No. GEN212346B1, for Broward County Aviation Department, with an initial three-year estimated amount of $349,545, and authorize the Director of Purchasing to renew the contract for two one-year periods, for a five-year potential estimated amount of $582,575. The initial contract period shall begin on August 18, 2022, and shall terminate three years from that date.

Why Action is Necessary
In accordance with the Broward County Procurement Code, Section 21.47(a), Award and Execution Authority, the Board shall make all awards, and authorize the execution of the associated contracts, with a value of more than $500,000, inclusive of the value of any renewals or extensions provided for in the contract.
What Action Accomplishes
The purpose of the contract is to provide designated aviation channeling services to Broward County Aviation Department.
