THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
The Urban Planning Division has received a request to vacate a portion of a ten-foot utility easement and a portion of a five-foot sidewalk easement lying within Tract A of Airpax Electronics Incorporated Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 64, Page 7, generally located on the Northeast corner of Northwest 16 Street and West Sunrise Boulevard in the City of Plantation.
