Summary Explanation/Background

In 2008, P.C. Realty of Florida, LLC, conveyed land identified as folio number 4942-02-00-0755 to Broward County and the City of Pompano Beach for right of way purposes. Acquiring the City’s portion will grant the County full ownership of the 1,650 square-foot parcel and will match its ownership with jurisdiction.

 

All documents have been reviewed and approved as to form by the Office of the County Attorney.
