Summary Explanation/Background
On January 25, 2022 (Agenda Item No. 45), the Board of County Commissioners of Broward County approved the Purchase and Sale Agreement for the sale of a parcel of real property identified by folio 5141 0301 0940 for a purchase price of $24,995. The buyers of the Parcel are the adjacent owners, Mark and Angela Gasch. During the due diligence process, errors to the sketch and legal of the Parcel were discovered. A revised sketch and legal was produced to correct the errors. The Second Amendment corrects the sketch and legal of the Parcel.

All documents have been reviewed and approved as to form by the Office of the County Attorney.
