Summary Explanation/Background
THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISON RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will assure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.
The applicant is requesting approval of a plat application to develop 28 high-rise units and 4,000 square feet of commercial use on approximately 0.59 acre located on the southeast corner of Northeast 16 Street and Ocean Boulevard/State A1A in the Pompano Beach.
The Development Review Report is attached, (see Exhibit 1).
