Summary Explanation/Background

The County owns certain parcels of real property located in the City of Tamarac. The parcels fall under City of Tamarac’s jurisdiction but are currently County-owned. City of Tamarac has requested that County conveys said parcels to the City. By transferring the ownership of said parcels to the City of Tamarac, ownership and jurisdiction of the parcels will match. 

 

All applicable Broward County agencies were solicited for potential County use for this parcel or rights therein, and no current or future use was identified.

 

All documents have been reviewed and approved as to form by the Office of the County Attorney.
