Summary Explanation/Background

PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/WATER AND WASTEWATER ENGINEERING DIVISION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL.

 

The Resolution allows the County to accept a utility easement lying within tract "A" the Ciga Freshna plat two, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 128, Page 41 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida. This item relates to a new utility construction project within Water and Wastewater Services District 2 potable water and sanitary sewer service area. This easement is required so that Broward County can maintain the public water and sewer mains and associated appurtenances serving the public in perpetuity.

 

The Resolution and utility easement have been reviewed and approved as to form by the County Attorney’s Office.
