Summary Explanation/Background

On August 24, 2021 (Agenda Item No. 86), the Board of County Commissioners of Broward County approved a motion to declare this parcel, identified by Folio Number 5141 0301 0942 and located in the Town of Davie, surplus to the County’s needs and authorized the Real Property Section to manage the sale of the parcel pursuant to Section 125.35(2), Florida Statutes. The County received two offers, including an offer from an adjacent property owner. Staff recommends approval of the Purchase and Sale Agreement to the adjacent owner, Anthony Rodriguez, for a purchase price of $8,000.

 

All documents have been reviewed and approved as to form by the Office of the County Attorney.
