Summary Explanation/Background
THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISON RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will assure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.
The applicant is requesting approval of a plat application to develop 4,500 square feet of commercial use on approximately 1.6 acres located on the southwest corner of State Road 7/US 441 and Southwest 2 Street, in the City of Plantation.
The Development Review Report is attached, (see Exhibit 1).
