Summary Explanation/Background
At-Large board appointments are made available to County Commissioners according to the At-Large Board Rotation Procedures approved by the Broward County Commission.

The list of available at-large board positions is provided to each Commissioner in a specific rotation order. During each Commissioner's term, they may nominate an individual to one board.
