Summary Explanation/Background
Broward County Parks and Recreation Division requested that the County grant Florida Power & Light Company a perpetual, non-exclusive underground utility easement to eliminate the existing pole and overhead wire and replace it with an underground line to direct power and provide electricity to the restroom building at the south end of the C.B. Smith Park located at 900 North Flamingo Road in Pembroke Pines.
All documents have been reviewed and approved as to form by the Office of the County Attorney.
