Summary Explanation/Background
THE RESILIENT ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE URBAN PLANNING DIVISION RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION, subject to staff recommendations and conditions which will assure compliance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 5, Article IX of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.
The applicant is requesting approval of a plat application to develop eight (8) garden apartment units on approximately 0.34 acre located on the north side of Peters Road, between Southwest 45 Avenue and Southwest 42 Avenue, in the City of Plantation.
The Development Review Report is attached (Exhibit 1).
