A. MOTION TO APPROVE Agreement No. JA122-15-2022 between the Areawide Council on Aging of Broward County, Inc. and Broward County, effective retroactively from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022, in the amount of $36,518 to provide caregiver training and support services to eligible residents; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; authorize the County Administrator to execute amendments to the Agreement, subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, that do not change the scope of services substantively or impose additional financial obligations on the County; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement.
