MOTION TO WAIVE Section 39.4, "Other Rates, Fees, and Charges and Collection," subsection (e) of Chapter 39, "Fees and Other Charges, Aviation," of the Broward County Administrative Code, to waive the requirement of posting a security deposit for the Terminal Building Lease Agreement between Broward County and the United States General Services Administration for the lease of space at the Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

MOTION TO APPROVE Terminal Building Lease Agreement between Broward County and the United States General Services Administration, for the lease and use of office space by the Transportation Security Administration, at Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, commencing September 15, 2022, and terminating September 14, 2027; and authorize the Mayor or Vice-Mayor and Clerk to execute.
