MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Broward County, Florida, authorizing the filing of an application for federal assistance for Fiscal Year 2022 with the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) pursuant to 49 U.S.C., Section 5307, Urbanized Area Formula Grants, in the amount of $35,369,949, under the Federal Transit Act as amended; and authorizing the County Administrator to take any necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the grant awards.
