A. MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution, the title of which is as follows:
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING A DONATION IN THE AMOUNT OF FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000) TO THE DELTA EDUCATION AND LIFE DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION, INC.; DIRECTING THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO TAKE ALL ADMINISTRATIVE AND BUDGETARY ACTIONS NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE DONATION; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

B. MOTION TO ADOPT budget Resolution to accept donations in the amount of $5,000 from multiple donors to be deposited in the General Fund for the dedicated purpose of donating to a scholarship fund at the Delta Education and Life Development Foundation, Inc.; and authorizing the County Administrator to take all administrative and budgetary actions to implement acceptance.
