THE PARKS AND RECREATION DIVISION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE MOTION.
On June 28, 2011 (Item No. 55), the Board of County Commissioners approved the Agreement between Broward County and Walters Zackria Associates, PLLC (WZA) for General Architectural and Engineering Consultant Services for Broward County Parks, Request for Proposals (RFP) No. R0898414P1, for a total potential not-to-exceed five-year amount of $4,375,000.
On April 7, 2015, the Director of Purchasing approved Work Authorization WZA-2.27 for professional and architectural services for Design, Permitting, and Construction Phase Services for Quiet Waters Cabins in the amount of $96,889.14.
The proposed First Amendment to Work Authorization WZA-2.27 updates the construction schedule and provides funding for additional architectural and engineering Construction Phase Services.
This Amendment has been reviewed and approved as to form by the Office of the County Attorney.
