Summary Explanation/Background
At the June 14, 2022 meeting (Item No. 72), the Board directed the County Administrator to investigate and evaluate options for the development of a new Broward County Government Center, and to present those options to the Board at the first County Commission meeting in August 2022. County Administration engaged CBRE, one of the firms in the County’s library for real estate brokerage and consulting services, to conduct site evaluation analyses associated with a new Government Center for Broward County.
CBRE will be making a presentation to the Board at the Commission meeting, including proposed options for consideration.
