Previous Action Taken

The Board appropriated $3,108,007 in the BSO Department of Detention reserve for inmate inpatient care costs as part of the Fiscal Year 2022 1st supplemental budget approved on December 14, 2021.  On January 25, 2022, the Board approved a Budget Resolution that transferred $1,277,000 from the BSO Department of Detention reserve to the Department of Detention operating budget to pay invoices for inmate inpatient care costs. On May 10, 2022, the Board approved a Budget Resolution that transferred $1,003,250 from the BSO Department of Detention reserve to the Department of Detention operating budget to pay invoices for inmate inpatient care costs.
