District 1 office has remaining Fiscal Year 2022 budgeted funds that it would like to use to support the organizations or purposes listed in motions A-D. The organizations listed in motions A-D work tirelessly to assist Broward County residents and the public generally, and it is District 1’s goal to further their respective missions through these proposed agreements.
Action is needed at this meeting since this is the final regular meeting of the Fiscal Year 2022 budget year and the item addresses a Fiscal Year 2022 budget allocation, and that the item is being submitted as a supplemental item because the Commission Office was awaiting further information from the departments identified for additional support.
